Shipping Costs for Continental United States:
Shipping choices are provided upon checkout. UPS, USPS, and In Store Pickup are available. Items that have an additional freight charge like Rugs, Cribs, Changers etc. will require an additional freight expense and will be noted in the product listing page.
We currently are only shipping within the United States.
Delivery Time:
Delivery times do vary but most in stock products ship within 2-3 days. Some of our products are hand made and or painted at the time your order is placed. Please allow extra time noted in the product details for the completion estimate and also allow 5-7 days for shipping. Email notification will be sent for any back-ordered items.
Returns & Exchanges:
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us at info@bambinosboutique.com or 210-824-7676 10am-5pm CST and we will be happy to help you with an exchange or return authorization.
Custom made and personalized items are not returnable. Some products may be subjected to a nominal manufacturer's restocking fee if returned.
Returns and exchanges will be honored within 10 days of receipt in new condition with the manufacturer's tag(s) attached and a return authorization from Bambinos. Shipping costs associated with free or discounted shipping may apply to returned items.
If you receive a damaged freight shipment, please note the damage on the bill of lading before the delivery truck leaves. We will work with the manufacturer and delivery company to repair or replace the damaged item as soon as possible.
